  • Brioche Bread 
  •  Butter 
  •  Garlic cloves 
  •  Olive oil 
  •  Parmesan cheese 
  •  Mozzarella Cheese 
  •  Parsley

Ingredients
  

  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 150 g softened butter
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Extra fresh parsley for garnish
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Brioche bread

Instructions
 

  • To roast the garlic, add the garlic cloves and olive oil in an oven-proof bowl. Let it slowly cook for 2 hours at 120 degrees until softened and slightly golden. Make sure to cover it, to prevent it from burning.
  • In an electric mixer, add the softened butter, softened garlic confit, parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Mix it well until everything is incorporated into a paste form.
  • Spread the garlic butter paste onto the brioche bread and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Broil at 180 degrees until golden. Top with extra chopped fresh parsley.
  • Enjoy while warm!
