Method
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add warm milk, butter, and egg.
- Add remaining flour and form dough.
- Knead until smooth.
- Let rise 1 hour.
- Roll out dough.
- Add butter and lemon sugar filling.
- Roll and slice.
- Let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Make frosting and spread on warm rolls.
