Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes cut into cubes
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red pepper paste
 or tomato paste + chili flakes
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • Handful coriander chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Cut potatoes into cubes.
  2. Fry until golden and crispy.
  3. Heat olive oil, add garlic and pepper paste.
  4. Add coriander and stir.
  5. Toss in potatoes.
  6. Add lemon juice and salt.
  7. Mix and serve immediately.
