- Garlic
- Unsalted butter
- Chili flakes
- Italian herbs
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni

PEPPERONI GARLIC CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients
- 1/2 brioche bread
- 1 garlic head
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 5-8 pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- To roast the garlic, add the garlic head and olive oil in an oven proof bowl and make sure it is covered. Let it slowly cook for 45 minutes at 200 degrees until softened and slightly golden. Make sure to cover it, to prevent from burning.
- In a bowl, add in the softened butter, roasted garlic, chili flakes and Italian herbs.
- Spread the garlic butter onto the brioche bread and top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Broil at 180 degrees until cheese has melted.
- Serve while warm!
