Ingredients
FOR THE CRUST
- 28 Oreo cookies
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
FOR THE FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Vanilla
- 6 Oreo cookies crushed
FOR THE TOPPING
- 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- Vanilla
Instructions
- To make the crust, start by crushing the Oreo cookies very well. Add in the melted butter and mix well until incorporated.
- Spread the crust in a baking dish and make sure it is well grounded. Chill the crust for at least 1 hour.
- To make the filling, in a bowl, add in the cream cheese, unsalted butter, sugar, vanilla and mix well until fluffy. Add in the Oreo cookies and mix.
- Spread the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerate until you finish the topping.
- To make the topping, add the chocolate chips to well melted butter and mix well till all is dissolved.
- Spread the topping over the pie and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving!
