  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp spicy paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 pita bread halved
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Pomegranate Molasses for topping
  • Chopped parsley for topping

Instructions

  • Cut the pita in half and fill each half with the seasoned meat, spreading it evenly to your preferred thickness.
