These meat-filled pita breads are a delicious Middle Eastern dessert that combines comfort and flavor. Imagine a warm, crispy pita bread filled with a delicious blend of spicy ground meat, spices, and herbs.

- 500 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp spicy paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 pita bread halved
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Pomegranate Molasses for topping
- Chopped parsley for topping
Mix the minced meat, all spices and set aside.
Cut the pita in half and fill each half with the seasoned meat, spreading it evenly to your preferred thickness.
Brush all sides of the filled pita with oil.
Preheat a pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the Arayes on each side (top, bottom, and the open end) for 2-3 minutes until they turn a deep golden brown.
Slice in half and serve hot!
