Imagine layers of pasta, rich red sauce, and gooey cheese, all combined in a warm and comforting soup. - Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley or basil
HOW TO MAKE LASAGNA SOUP

- Add the chopped onion and garlic and let them simmer until fragrant.
- Add the minced meat and cook until brown.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add in the tomato juice and tomato paste and let it simmer.
- Add in the meat broth until fully covered and let it simmer again.
- Add in the broken lasagna and bring it to a simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is done.
- Add in some mozzarella cheese and serve with some chopped parsley.
HOW TO STORE LASAGNA SOUP
When storing leftovers, it’s best to keep the soup, cooked pasta, and cheesy yum in separate containers in the refrigerator. Avoid combining the soup and pasta to prevent the pasta from absorbing too much broth and becoming soft. For the pasta, after draining, drizzle a bit of olive oil and gently fold to coat, preventing sticking. This simple step ensures your leftovers stay fresh and maintain their delicious texture when reheated.
CAN I FREEZE LASAGNA SOUP?
Absolutely! This soup freezes exceptionally well. When storing in the freezer, be sure to keep the soup, pasta, and cheesy yum portions separate. When ready to enjoy, allow everything to thaw overnight in the refrigerator before preparing for your next delicious meal.
