MAKING THE CHICKEN BURGER
Whip up a healthy chicken burger that’s both light and tasty! We keep it simple with lean chicken, egg whites, and a crunchy cornflake coating. Easy to make, full of flavor, and a guilt-free delight for your taste buds. Healthier eating just got more delicious! Start marinating the chicken breast in paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Dip it in egg whites then coat it well with crushed cornflakes. Spray some oil and bake at 180 degrees till golden.
To make the sauce, add some BBQ sauce, 2 tsp honey, 1 tsp soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip the chicken in this sauce and top it on one side of the bun. You can add some lettuce or whatever topping you like.

For the honey sauce
- BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For the chicken burger
- 1 brioche bun
- 200 g chicken burger
- Crushed cornflakes for coating
- Lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Make the honey sauce
- To make the sauce, add some BBQ sauce, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Prepare the burger
- Marinate the chicken breast in paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
- Dip it in egg whites then coat it well with crushed cornflakes. Spray with some oil.
Cook the burger
- Bake at 180 degrees till golden.
- Dip the chicken burger in the sauce and add it to the lower bun. Top with whatever toppings you would like and serve while warm!
