Ingredients
  

For the honey sauce

  • BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For the chicken burger

  • 1 brioche bun
  • 200 g chicken burger
  • Crushed cornflakes for coating
  • Lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg white

Instructions
 

Make the honey sauce

  • To make the sauce, add some BBQ sauce, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Prepare the burger

  • Marinate the chicken breast in paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  • Dip it in egg whites then coat it well with crushed cornflakes. Spray with some oil.

Cook the burger

  • Bake at 180 degrees till golden.
  • Dip the chicken burger in the sauce and add it to the lower bun. Top with whatever toppings you would like and serve while warm!
