EASY POTATO CHEESE BREAD

  • In a bowl, add the flour, milk, melted butter and salt. Start mixing it until it’s kind of lumpy.
  • Start kneading for about 5 minutes.Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.Meanwhile, in a bowl, grate a boiled and peeled potato, add the mayonnaise and mix well.

     

  • Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it into a round shape.
  • Add plenty of mozzarella, then add the potato mixture.

     

  • – Wrap it up and make sure it is well sealed.

     

  • – Start rolling it again until it flattens.
  • In a hot pan, add a little butter and add the bread. Flip when it is golden brown.

       

    • -After you have flipped it, brush the other side with a little melted butter. 
    • When both sides are golden brown, serve hot!

    • 55 g milk
    • 10 g unsalted butter melted
    • 1 potato medium size
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
