hen making sandwiches or bread, potato and cheese always go well together. Usually, when making bread in most recipes, you will probably think that you may need to have it baked in the oven. But in this recipe, I made a very simple potato mozzarella bread that is so easy that you can cook it directly in the pan.

I was inspired to make this cheese and potato bread when I watched a popular viral video on Youtube. This is what inspired me to make my version of this recipe. I made this potato cheese bread for my family and they all loved it. You can eat it as a snack and serve it to your guest or family members at home.

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:

  • Potatoes
  • Flour
  • Bread Flour
  • Salt
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Unsalted butter
  • Milk

HOW TO MAKE THIS POTATO CHEESE BREAD

  • In a bowl, add the flour, milk, melted butter and salt. Start mixing it until it’s kind of lumpy.
  • Start kneading it for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Cover it with a plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, mash a peeled boiled potato and add the mayo and mix it well.
  • Take out the dough from the fridge and flatten it into a round shape.
  • Add in a lot of mozzarella and then the potato mixture on top of it.
  • Wrap it up and make sure it is well sealed.
  • Start rolling again until it’s flattened.
  • In a well heated pan, add some butter and add the bread. Flip when golden.
  • After flipping, spread some extra melted butter on the other side.
  • When both sides are golden, serve while warm!
