GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 150 g softened butter
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Extra fresh parsley for garnish
- Mozzarella cheese
- Brioche bread
Instructions
- To roast the garlic, add the garlic cloves and olive oil in an oven proof bowl. Let it slowly cook for 2 hours at 120 degrees until softened and slightly golden. Make sure to cover it, to prevent from burning.
- In an electric mixer, add the softened butter, softened garlic confit,parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Mix it well until everything is incorporated into a paste form.
- Spread the garlic butter paste onto the brioche bread and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Broil at 180 degrees until golden. Top with extra chopped fresh parsley.
- Enjoy while warm!
