2. Butter your baking dish then add the white rice to it.

3. Pour in the hot milk and make sure it covers the rice well.

4. Add in your preferred amount of salt to a hot cup of water and make sure it is well dissolved.

5. Add in the salted water to the baking dish. Add in the heavy cream to the rice and mix them all together.

6. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees until golden.
