Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups white rice
  • 2 1/2 cups hot milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing the white rice quite well and make sure it is dried.
  • Butter your baking dish then add the white rice to it.
  • Pour in the hot milk and make sure it covers the rice well.
  • Add your preferred amount of salt to a hot cup of water and make sure it is well dissolved.
  • Add the salted water to the baking dish.
  • Add the heavy cream to the rice and mix them all together.
  • Bake at 180 Celsius degrees until golden.
  • Serve while warm!
