Method
- Start by washing the white rice quite well and make sure it is dried.
- Butter your baking dish then add the white rice to it.
- Pour in the hot milk and make sure it covers the rice well.
- Add your preferred amount of salt to a hot cup of water and make sure it is well dissolved.
- Add the salted water to the baking dish.
- Add the heavy cream to the rice and mix them all together.
- Bake at 180 Celsius degrees until golden.
- Serve while warm!
