- 2 1/2 cups white rice
- 2 1/2 cups hot milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup hot water
Start by washing the white rice quite well and make sure it is dried.
Butter your baking dish then add the white rice to it.
Pour in the hot milk and make sure it covers the rice well.
Add your preferred amount of salt to a hot cup of water and make sure it is well dissolved.
Add the salted water to the baking dish.
Add the heavy cream to the rice and mix them all together.
Bake at 180 Celsius degrees until golden.
Serve while warm!
