Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack ramen beef or chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg boiled for 6 minutes
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add some olive oil, minced garlic and let it simmer until fragrant.
  • Add in the oyster sauce, soy sauce and stir.
  • Add 1/2 cup of ramen water and let the sauce simmer until thickened.
  • Add in the cooked ramen and mix.
  • Add some mozzarella cheese on top and mix.
  • Top with green onions, sesame seeds and boiled egg!
