Method
- In a saucepan, add some olive oil, minced garlic and let it simmer until fragrant.
- Add in the oyster sauce, soy sauce and stir.
- Add 1/2 cup of ramen water and let the sauce simmer until thickened.
- Add in the cooked ramen and mix.
- Add some mozzarella cheese on top and mix.
- Top with green onions, sesame seeds and boiled egg!
