Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack ramen beef or chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg boiled for 6 minutes
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, add some olive oil, minced garlic and let it simmer until fragrant.
  2. Add in the oyster sauce, soy sauce and stir.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of ramen water and let the sauce simmer until thickened.
  4. Add in the cooked ramen and mix.
  5. Add some mozzarella cheese on top and mix.
  6. Top with green onions, sesame seeds and boiled egg!
