HOW TO MAKE THIS PERFECTLY DELICIOUS PESTO GNOCCHI
- Heat the Pan: Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a generous amount of olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
- Add the garlic: Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and cook till fragrant.
- Cook the sauce: Add in the heavy cream, pesto sauce, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and let it simmer till thickened.
- Add in the gnocchi : Add in the gnocchi and let it sit till it is cooked.
- Season and Serve: Top with parmesan cheese and serve while warm!

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce

- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 240 g gnocchi
