CREAMY CHICKEN PASTA

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
- Chicken breasts
- Pasta
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Italian herbs
- Butter
- Garlic
- Tomato paste
- Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese
HOW TO MAKE THE PINK CHICKEN PASTA?
- Marinate the chicken with paprika, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook it in a well heated pan and set aside.
- Add butter, minced garlic in the same pan and let it simmer until fragrant.
- Add tomato paste, heavy cream, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and parmesan.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes then add the pasta and chicken.
- Top with fresh parsley and parmesan.

FOR THE CHICKEN
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp paprika
FOR THE SAUCE
- 250 g pasta
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with paprika, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook it in a well heated pan and set aside.
