Delight in the comfort of our Baked Alfredo Pasta. It’s a creamy and cheesy masterpiece, baked to perfection for that irresistible, comforting taste. A pasta lover’s dream come true!
What Makes Baked Alfredo Special?
Unlike traditional Alfredo pasta, which is cooked on the stovetop, baking it in the oven creates a rich, cheesy crust while keeping the inside creamy and indulgent. The sauce thickens slightly as it bakes, coating every bite with silky, garlicky goodness.
Topped with extra Parmesan, mozzarella, or breadcrumbs, this dish is pure comfort food in a casserole dish!

THE PASTA
My favorite pasta to use for this recipe is Penne. But you can also use any type of pasta you prefer. I would recommend Farfalle or Cavatappi.
Begin by cooking the pasta to the perfect al dente texture, following the package instructions, and don’t forget to add a pinch of salt to the boiling water. As the pasta simmers, save around half a cup of the cooking water, and once the pasta reaches its ideal doneness, simply drain it.
This way, you can efficiently multitask, starting the sauce while the pasta cooks, ensuring everything is ready in harmony.
Alfredo sauce
Our Alfredo sauce is a quotation of comfortable comfort and delicious flavors. Done with real grain, butter, a touch of garlic and very parmigiano, it’s pure indulgence in a sauce. Each bite is a creamy, cheesy hug for your taste buds. Perfect with any pasta you fancy, it turns your meal into a delicious experience.
Ingredients you need sauce:
- Garlic
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Heavy cream
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese

Tips for the Best Baked Alfredo
1. Use a high-quality cheese blend
- A mix of Parmesan, mozzarella, and Gruyère creates the perfect balance of flavor, stretchiness, and a crispy top.
2. Cook pasta al dente
- Since it continues cooking in the oven, slightly undercook your pasta to prevent it from becoming mushy.
3. Make a smooth Alfredo sauce
- Melt butter and garlic over low heat, then whisk in heavy cream and Parmesan until silky.
4. Reserve some pasta water
- Adding a splash keeps the sauce from drying out while baking.
5. Use a broiler for a crispy finish
- If you love an extra golden, bubbly crust, place the dish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Serving & Storage Tips
- Serve hot and fresh – Baked Alfredo is best right out of the oven.
- Pair with garlic bread, roasted veggies, or a crisp salad for a balanced meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven at 180°C (350°F) with a splash of milk to keep the sauce creamy.
