BAKED ALFREDO PASTA
Delight in the comfort of our Baked Alfredo Pasta. It’s a creamy and cheesy masterpiece, baked to perfection for that irresistible, comforting taste. A pasta lover’s dream come true!
THE PASTA
My favorite pasta to use for this recipe is Penne. But you can also use any type of pasta you prefer. I would recommend Farfalle or Cavatappi.
Begin by cooking the pasta to the perfect al dente texture, following the package instructions, and don’t forget to add a pinch of salt to the boiling water. As the pasta simmers, save around half a cup of the cooking water, and once the pasta reaches its ideal doneness, simply drain it.
This way, you can efficiently multitask, starting the sauce while the pasta cooks, ensuring everything is ready in harmony.
THE ALFREDO SAUCE
Our Alfredo sauce is all about cozy comfort and delightful flavors. Made with real cream, butter, a touch of garlic, and lots of Parmesan cheese, it’s pure indulgence in a sauce. Each bite is a creamy, cheesy hug for your taste buds. Perfect with any pasta you fancy, it turns your meal into a delicious experience.
Ingredients you need for the sauce:
- Garlic
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Heavy cream
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
