Our Baked Alfredo Pasta is always everyone’s favorite. It’s a creamy and cheesy masterpiece, baked to perfection for that irresistible, comforting taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 220 g pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cup heavy cream
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Begin by bringing a generously salted pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and follow the instructions on the package for cooking time. Before draining, remember to save at least 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water.
  • In a pan, combine 3 tbsp of butter with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sauté minced garlic cloves until they’re fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, mix, and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  • Season to taste and reduce the heat. Incorporate the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and mix.
  • Add the cooked pasta, a splash of pasta water, and blend.
  • Finish with an extra layer of mozzarella, then bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the top is slightly golden.
  • Enjoy while warm!
