- Chicken Breasts
- Mushrooms
- Olive oil

- Heavy cream

Creamy chicken mushroom gnocchi
Ingredients
- 250 g gnocchi
- 1 chicken breast
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 handful mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Cook the chicken on both sides till cooked and set aside.
- In the same pan, add in chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms and cook till golden.
- Add in the chicken broth, heavy cream, mustard, salt, pepper and mix. Let it simmer until thickened.
- Add in the parmesan cheese and paprika and mix.
- Add in the gnocchi and let it sit till cooked.
- Add in the cooked chicken and mix.
- Enjoy while warm!
