Chicken mushroom gnocchi is a deliciously hearty dish that brings together succulent chicken, savory mushrooms, and soft, fluffy gnocchi in a creamy sauce.

- 250 g gnocchi
- 1 chicken breast
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 handful mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
In a bowl, marinate the chicken in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
Cook the chicken on both sides till cooked and set aside.
In the same pan, add in chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms and cook till golden.
Add in the chicken broth, heavy cream, mustard, salt, pepper and mix. Let it simmer until thickened.
Add in the parmesan cheese and paprika and mix.
Add in the gnocchi and let it sit till cooked.
Add in the cooked chicken and mix.
Enjoy while warm!
