Chicken mushroom gnocchi is a deliciously hearty dish that brings together succulent chicken, savory mushrooms, and soft, fluffy gnocchi in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g gnocchi
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful mushrooms
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, marinate the chicken in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
  • Cook the chicken on both sides till cooked and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add in chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms and cook till golden.
  • Add in the chicken broth, heavy cream, mustard, salt, pepper and mix. Let it simmer until thickened.
  • Add in the parmesan cheese and paprika and mix.
  • Add in the gnocchi and let it sit till cooked.
  • Add in the cooked chicken and mix.
  • Enjoy while warm!
