Ingredients
  

FOR THE CRUST

  • 28 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted

FOR THE FILLING

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Vanilla
  • 6 Oreo cookies crushed

FOR THE TOPPING

  • 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • To make the crust, start by crushing the Oreo cookies very well. Add in the melted butter and mix well until incorporated.
  • Spread the crust in a baking dish and make sure it is well grounded. Chill the crust for at least 1 hour.
  • To make the filling, in a bowl, add in the cream cheese, unsalted butter, sugar, vanilla and mix well until fluffy. Add in the Oreo cookies and mix.
  • Spread the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerate until you finish the topping.
  • To make the topping, add in the chocolate chips to a well melted butter and mix well till all is dissolved.
  • Spread the topping over the pie and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving!
