Start by filling each cannelloni with tomatoes and mozzarella till it's totally filled.
Place them in a baking dish and set aside.
To make the tomato sauce, add in tomato sauce in a bowl, then add garlic powder, salt, basil and sugar. Mix well.
Top the cannelloni with the sauce and cover with mozzarella cheese.
Bake covered at 180 Celsius Degrees then continue baking uncovered for 10-15 minutes or till golden brown.
Let it cool down for 20 minutes then top with some parmesan cheese and fresh basil and serve!
