Spicy tomato pink gnocchi is a delightful twist on a classic Italian favorite. These tender, pillowy gnocchi are smothered in a vibrant, spicy tomato sauce that adds a delicious kick to each bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g uncooked gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red chili peppers chopped
  • 1 hanfdul fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add in the olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, red peppers and let it simmer until the garlic is fragrant and tomatoes are softened.
  • Season with some salt and pepper.
  • Add in the tomato sauce, heavy cream and let it simmer until thickened.
  • Add in the uncooked gnocchi and let it sit until cooked.
  • Add in the chopped basil, parmesan cheese and mix.
  • Serve while warm!
