Spicy tomato pink gnocchi is a delightful twist on a classic Italian favorite. These tender, pillowy gnocchi are smothered in a vibrant, spicy tomato sauce that adds a delicious kick to each bite.

- 200 g uncooked gnocchi
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 7 garlic cloves
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
- Red chili peppers chopped
- 1 hanfdul fresh basil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
In a saucepan, add in the olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, red peppers and let it simmer until the garlic is fragrant and tomatoes are softened.
Season with some salt and pepper.
Add in the tomato sauce, heavy cream and let it simmer until thickened.
Add in the uncooked gnocchi and let it sit until cooked.
Add in the chopped basil, parmesan cheese and mix.
Serve while warm!
