Begin by bringing a generously salted pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and follow the instructions on the package for cooking time. Before draining, remember to save at least 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water.
In a medium heated pan, add some chopped mushrooms and keep stirring till done.
Remove the mushrooms aside and add 2 garlic cloves and let them simmer for a bit.
Add tomato paste, pasta water and heavy cream.
Add your spices and let the sauce sit for a while.
Add in the mushrooms and the pasta. Mix it well.
Top with some parmesan cheese and enjoy!
