Ingredients
  

  • 230 g pasta
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup pasta water

Instructions
 

  • Begin by bringing a generously salted pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and follow the instructions on the package for cooking time. Before draining, remember to save at least 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water.
  • In a medium-heated pan, add some chopped mushrooms and keep stirring till done.
  • Remove the mushrooms aside and add 2 garlic cloves and let them simmer for a bit.
  • Add tomato paste, pasta water and heavy cream.
  • Add your spices and let the sauce sit for a while.
  • Add in the mushrooms and the pasta. Mix it well.
  • Top with some Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
