Method
- Start by marinating the chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, olive oil , salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise and siracha and mix them very well.
- Coat the chicken with the spicy sauce from the top and bake at 180 degrees until golden and nicely cooked.
- Serve with white rice and extra spicy mayo for extra flavor!
