Ingredients
  

  • 350 g shrimp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Lemon zest ½ lemon
  • Lemon juice ½ lemon
  • Extra paprika optional
  • 3 brioche hot dog buns
  • Garlic butter for toasting
  • Lettuce for filling

Method
 

  1. Mix the shrimps with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook in a pan with butter until pink and lightly golden.
  3. Chop shrimp into small pieces.
  4. Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a bit more paprika if desired.
  5. Brush brioche buns with garlic butter and toast just till golden.
  6. Fill buns with lettuce and the shrimp mixture.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
