- Mix the shrimps with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Cook in a pan with butter until pink and lightly golden.
- Chop shrimp into small pieces.
- Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a bit more paprika if desired.
- Brush brioche buns with garlic butter and toast just till golden.
- Fill buns with lettuce and the shrimp mixture.
