Ingredients
  

  • 240 g pasta
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Begin by bringing a generously salted pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and follow the instructions on the package for cooking time.
  • In a saucepan, add some olive oil, chopped onion and garlic and let it simmer until fragrant.
  • Add in the tomato juice, heavy cream, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and all the other spices. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Add in your cooked pasta and top again with some extra cheese and pepperoni.
  • Broil at 180 degrees until cheese has melted.
  • Enjoy while warm!
