- 240 g pasta
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni
Begin by bringing a generously salted pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and follow the instructions on the package for cooking time.
In a saucepan, add some olive oil, chopped onion and garlic and let it simmer until fragrant.
Add in the tomato juice, heavy cream, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and all the other spices. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add in your cooked pasta and top again with some extra cheese and pepperoni.
Broil at 180 degrees until cheese has melted.
Enjoy while warm!
