Ingredients
  

FOR THE SHRIMP MARINATION

  • 250 g shrimps
  • 1 egg white
  • Salt and pepper

FOR COATING

  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Frying oil

FOR THE SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/3 cup siracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preparing the sauce: mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and paprika together, then set aside.
  • In a bowl with the shrimp, combine salt, pepper and egg white. Mix thoroughly.
  • Create the dredging mix by blending cornstarch, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
  • Heat oil for deep-frying.
  • Using tongs, coat each shrimp with the cornstarch mixture, shaking off the excess, then carefully place them into the hot oil.
  • Fry on medium-high heat until golden and crispy, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the fried shrimp and drain off the excess oil using a sieve. Let them cool slightly.
  • Transfer the fried shrimp to a bowl and pour the prepared sauce over them, tossing until evenly coated.
  • In a small bowl or glass, layer some lettuce at the bottom, add the coated shrimp, and garnish with black and white sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately for the best tasting experience!
