- Preheat the broiler to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix butter, olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and parsley.
- Slice the brioche in half and spread the garlic butter evenly.
- Add a generous layer of mozzarella.
- Top with pepperoni slices.
- Broil for 5–7 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Slice and serve immediately.
