Method
- Boil potatoes for 7–8 minutes until tender.
- Drain and cool for 5 minutes.
- Mash until smooth.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer to plastic zip lock bag and roll it flat with a roller.
- Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cut the zip lock open and cut the fries with a sharp knife.
- Fry until golden and crispy.
- Drain and serve hot.
