Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cook it on both sides till golden and cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic in olive oil or butter until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Stir in cooked chicken and set aside.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer lasagna noodles, chicken sauce, marinara, and mozzarella. Repeat until you fill the dish, ending with a layer of mozzarella.
