Method
- Start by marinating the cubed chicken with garlic powder, paprika, cornstarch, egg white, salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan, start cooking the chicken on both sides till golden. Set the chicken aside.
- In the same pan, add soy sauce, gochujang sauce, honey and water. Let it simmer till it is thickened.
- Add in the chicken and mix well till all is incorporated.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve with white rice.
