Ina Garten Brownie Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 g butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk 4 eggs with 2 cups sugar until combined.
  3. Add ½ cup flour, ¾ cup cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Slowly pour in 200 g melted butter and mix until the batter is thick and glossy.
  5. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the batter.
  6. Place the dish in a water bath.
  7. Bake for 1 hour at 160°C.
  8. Let it cool slightly and serve warm.
