Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a bowl, whisk 4 eggs with 2 cups sugar until combined.
- Add ½ cup flour, ¾ cup cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Slowly pour in 200 g melted butter and mix until the batter is thick and glossy.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the batter.
- Place the dish in a water bath.
- Bake for 1 hour at 160°C.
- Let it cool slightly and serve warm.
