FOR THE HOT HONEY SAUCE
- In a saucepan, add in the hot sauce and honey and let it simmer for a bit.
FOR THE BREAD
- To make the garlic confit, add the garlic head in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Let it bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees until softened.
- In a bowl, add in the softened butter, softened garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Spread the garlic butter on the brioche bread and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Broil at 180 degrees until the cheese has melted.
- Top with fresh parsley and the hot honey sauce! Serve while warm!
