Ingredients
  

  • 1 brioche bread
  • 1 garlic head
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 170 g unsalted butter
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

FOR THE HOT HONEY SAUCE

  • In a saucepan, add in the hot sauce and honey and let it simmer for a bit.

FOR THE BREAD

  • To make the garlic confit, add the garlic head in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Let it bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees until softened.
  • In a bowl, add in the softened butter, softened garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Spread the garlic butter on the brioche bread and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Broil at 180 degrees until the cheese has melted.
  • Top with fresh parsley and the hot honey sauce! Serve while warm!
