Ingredients
  

  • 14 large shrimps
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 sheet egg roll wrapper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Start by blending the shrimps and garlic together in a food processor.
  2. Cut the egg roll wrappers into strips.
  3. Combine the shrimp, garlic, seasonings and shape into balls and wrap them in the egg rolls.
  4. Fry in hot frying oil until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve with sweet chili sauce!
