Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In an electric mixer, add in the cold butter, ghee and mix well until creamy.
Add in the sugar and mix for about 5-8 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix.
Dissolve the orange juice with the milk and add it to the mixture.
Add in the orange zest and mix.
Add in the flour at once and mix but just enough to be incorporated. Do not overmix.
Fill the piping bag and shape into biscuits onto a baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown. If it has browned from the bottom only, you can broil for about 1-2 minutes until golden from the top as well.
Let them cool and serve later!
