Method
- In a saucepan, add in some butter, minced garlic and let it simmer until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add in the pumpkin purée, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Let it simmer until it thickens.
- Add in the cheese and mix.
- Add in the gnocchi and let it sit until cooked.
- Serve with some extra cheese on top and some chili flakes!
