- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 300 g gnocchi
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Chili flakes for topping
In a saucepan, add in some butter, minced garlic and let it simmer until the garlic is fragrant.
Add in the pumpkin purée, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Let it simmer until it thickens.
Add in the cheese and mix.
Add in the gnocchi and let it sit until cooked.
Serve with some extra cheese on top and some chili flakes!
