Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 300 g gnocchi
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Chili flakes for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add in some butter, minced garlic and let it simmer until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Add in the pumpkin purée, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Let it simmer until it thickens.
  • Add in the cheese and mix.
  • Add in the gnocchi and let it sit until cooked.
  • Serve with some extra cheese on top and some chili flakes!
