Ingredients
  

FOR THE GRILLED CHICKEN

  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

FOR THE ALFREDO SAUCE

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

FOR THE BREAD

  • 1 garlic head roasted
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Chili flakes sprinkle
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 brioche bread
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • To roast the garlic, add a garlic head in a pot with a sprinkle of salt, pepper and drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 1 hour (covered) at 170 Celsius degrees.
  • In a saucepan, add in unsalted butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, dried oregano and garlic powder. Let it simmer until thickened. Set aside.
  • To make the chicken, marinate it in olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Grill on both sides till slightly golden and well cooked. Cut into small pieces and set aside.
  • To make the garlic butter, add in the butter, roasted garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
  • Spread the garlic butter onto the brioche bread. Top with the Alfredo sauce, then the mozzarella cheese. Drizzle some more alfredo sauce and top with the chopped chicken.
  • Broil at 180 Celsius degrees for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve while warm!
