Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup gnocchi water
  • 500 g gnocchi

Instructions
 

  • In a heavily salted boiling water, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the box.
  • In a saucepan, add some butter, diced onion and let it simmer.
  • Add some Italian herbs, garlic powder, chili flakes and mix.
  • Add in the cherry tomatoes and let it cook till soft.
  • Add in the heavy cream and mix.
  • Add in the parmesan cheese and then the cooked gnocchi.
  • Add some reserved gnocchi water and mix.
  • Serve while warm!
