Ingredients
  

  • 250 g ground beef
  • 1 brioche bun
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 onion thinly chopped
  • 1/2 onion ring chopped
  • Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tomato
  • Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 2 pickle dills
  • 2 chedder cheese

For the sauce

  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard

MAKE THE SAUCE

  • To make the sauce, add ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard and mix.

PREPARE THE TOPPINGS

  • Slice raw onions, tomatoes, lettuce and pickle dills.

MAKE THE BURGER

  • Begin by dividing your ground meat into two patties. Flatten them well before grilling.
  • In a well-heated pan, add some butter, grill the patties, and season them with salt, pepper, and some thinly sliced onions on both sides for about 2-3 minutes. While you are cooking the patties, grill some ring-shaped onions and mushrooms in the same pan.
  • After flipping the patty, place the burger cheese on top to melt.
  • Toast the burger buns on both sides with butter until golden brown.
  • Place the bottom part of the bun, some sauce, a slice of cheese, a burger patty, a slice of tomato, another patty, some grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce then finally the other bun.
  • Enjoy while warm!
