MAKE THE SAUCE
- To make the sauce, add ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard and mix.
PREPARE THE TOPPINGS
- Slice raw onions, tomatoes, lettuce and pickle dills.
MAKE THE BURGER
- Begin by dividing your ground meat into two patties. Flatten them well before grilling.
- In a well-heated pan, add some butter, grill the patties, and season them with salt, pepper, and some thinly sliced onions on both sides for about 2-3 minutes. While you are cooking the patties, grill some ring-shaped onions and mushrooms in the same pan.
- After flipping the patty, place the burger cheese on top to melt.
- Toast the burger buns on both sides with butter until golden brown.
- Place the bottom part of the bun, some sauce, a slice of cheese, a burger patty, a slice of tomato, another patty, some grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce then finally the other bun.
- Enjoy while warm!
