Ingredients
  

  • cups  sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 200 g shrimps well chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp siracha
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

PREPARE THE SHRIMPS MIXTURE

  • In a saucepan, add in some oil, chopped shrimps, paprika, garlic powder, salt and let it cook. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimps , mayonnaise, siracha sauce, and green onions. Mix until everything is well combined and set aside.

SHAPE THE RICE

  • Press the cooked rice firmly into a medium-sized pan until it’s compact and sticking together. For the best results, refrigerate it overnight to help it set.
  • Before cooking, take it out of the fridge and get it out of the pan. Cut into small squares.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the rice bites into the oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  • Top with the shrimp mix, green onions and siracha sauce!
