Method
- Start by cutting the mozzarella balls into thick pieces.
- Crush your cornflakes and season with the herbs and mix.
- Start by dipping the cheese in the flour, then the eggs then the cornflakes mixture,
- Freeze for minimum of 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a large pot. Fry in batches until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
