Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole mozzarella balls
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Frying oil

Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting the mozzarella balls into thick pieces.
  • Crush your cornflakes and season with the herbs and mix.
  • Start by dipping the cheese in the flour, then the eggs then the cornflakes mixture,
  • Freeze for minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a large pot. Fry in batches until golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
