Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 noodles pack
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Seasoning and sauce packs
For the Burritos
  • 5 rice papers
For the Coating
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs
For Frying
  • Neutral cooking oil, as needed for frying

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare the Buldak noodles according to the package instructions. Drain well and mix with the seasoning and sauce. Let cool slightly
  2. Prepare the coating: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another bowl, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Soften the rice paper: Dip one rice paper wrapper briefly in warm water until flexible.
  4. Fill: Add mozzarella and a portion of Buldak noodles to the center.
  5. Roll: Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito shape.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the burrito for 10–15 minutes if they feel too soft.
  7. Bread: Coat each burrito in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  8. Heat the oil: Heat enough oil for frying over medium heat.
  9. Fry: Fry the burritos for approximately 2–4 minutes, turning until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Drain: Remove and place on a wire rack or paper towels.
  11. Serve: Allow to cool slightly, slice if desired, and serve while hot and crispy.
