Ingredients
  

  • 2 thick brioche slices
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy cane
  • 2 tbsp Butter for cooking
  • Powdered sugar for garnish
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, crushed candy canes, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Dip the bread slices in the mixture. Add some butter in a pan over medium heat and cook till golden.
  • Sprinkle sugar on top of each slice and use a kitchen torch to caramelize until golden and crisp.
  • Add some powdered sugar, candy cane and whipped cream.
  • Enjoy while warm!
