Method
- Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, crushed candy canes, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Dip the bread slices in the mixture. Add some butter in a pan over medium heat and cook till golden.
- Sprinkle sugar on top of each slice and use a kitchen torch to caramelize until golden and crisp.
- Add some powdered sugar, candy cane and whipped cream.
- Enjoy while warm!
