Ingredients
  

  • 4 cheese ravioli store bought
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red chili flakes for garnish
  • Dried parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add the butter and then the chopped onion and minced garlic. Let it simmer until fragrant.
  • Add in the tomato paste, heavy cream and sun dried tomatoes. Let it simmer.
  • Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning and mix.
  • Add in the Parmesan cheese and then add the ravioli. Mix it well.
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add garnish with some extra Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
  • Enjoy while warm!
