- 4 cheese ravioli store bought
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red chili flakes for garnish
- Dried parsley for garnish
In a saucepan, add the butter and then the chopped onion and minced garlic. Let it simmer until fragrant.
Add in the tomato paste, heavy cream and sun dried tomatoes. Let it simmer.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning and mix.
Add in the Parmesan cheese and then add the ravioli. Mix it well.
Let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add garnish with some extra Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
