Start by marinating the steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. Let it marinate if possible for 1 hour.
In a hot pan with some olive oil, cook the steak to your desired preference.
In another pan, add in the butter, heavy cream and all the spices. Let it simmer till it thickens.
Add in both cheese and mix.
Mix the cheese sauce with the cooked and pasta. Top with extra cheese.
Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with the steak bites and enjoy while warm!
