Ingredients
  

FOR THE STEAK BITES

  • 400 g steak meat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano

FOR THE MAC AND CHEESE

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 400 g pasta
  • Extra cheese for topping

Instructions
 

  • Start by marinating the steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. Let it marinate if possible for 1 hour.
  • In a hot pan with some olive oil, cook the steak to your desired preference.
  • In another pan, add in the butter, heavy cream and all the spices. Let it simmer till it thickens.
  • Add in both cheese and mix.
  • Mix the cheese sauce with the cooked and pasta. Top with extra cheese.
  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Top with the steak bites and enjoy while warm!
