Ingredients
  

  • 230 g pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Begin by bringing a generously salted pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and follow the instructions on the package for cooking time. Before draining, remember to save at least 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water.
  • In a saucepan, add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and let it simmer.
  • Add in the heavy cream, lemon zest, parsley, chili, pepper and salt.
  • Add in the cooked pasta with 1/2 cup of pasta water and top with extra lemon zest for garnish.
  • Enjoy while warm!
