Creamy Cheesy Pink Gnocchi is a delicious and comforting dish that's perfect for any occasion. Imagine soft, pillowy gnocchi tossed in a luscious pink sauce made from a blend of tomato and cream, then topped with plenty of melted cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 230 g gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add in the butter, gnocchi and minced garlic. Fry them for about 5 minutes until slightly golden.
  • Add in the tomato paste, heavy cream, salt and mix. Let it simmer for a bit.
  • Add in both cheeses and mix well. Top with chili powder and serve while warm!
